How to negotiate!

There is no harm in commenting on any situation, drawing an inference, considering yourself wiser than the rest. But when you try to impose your derived result - which is the combination of your wishes and incomplete data at your hand - then this is something which should be taken seriously.
You may have freedom of speech and expressing your views, but when it conflicts with others then you should negotiate and try to convince the others, otherwise you are left with two options. First, convince others politely, Second get convinced gently by the modified version of your thinking. This modification may range from few angles to 180 degree.
Worst condition is that when you fall in a discussion which lacks politeness and gentlemen attitude; it catches fire when it touches the boundaries of stubbornness. If you do so, then its the self litmus test for the type of your personality.
Sticking to what you think right is nice thing, but only when you have right data and good advise. But when others get annoyed then it sometimes better not to further discuss and impose your idea, rather make an agreement on disagreement.
