Remarks as Examiner:

1. Despite several warnings and reminders, students continue to mark more than one option in MCQ portion, which reflect the weak decision making ability of decision. Double marking also indicate the possibility of use of unfairmeans during exams. To eradicate this, and in the larger interest of students, use of response sheet in the terminal exam is proposed.

2. Pharm. D. 5 Prof. students are almost on the verge of professional life. Use of Ink removers, blanko and the related stuff grossly symbolize the ability to hide things. As an upright professional, one is required to minimize the errors because in professional life there are no re-takes or re-attempts.

3. In constructed response portion (question no. 3), I deliberately didn't give any choice, because in practical life if you skip the cases or problems presented to you; then your chances of growth and professional development diminishes proportionally.

4. I found that majority of students was unable to understand the questions in Section 3. Or if they understand that, are not good to express their knowledge in words. You should respond in shortest possible time by using calculated appropriate words. If you use extra words to explain the phenomenon, it simply reveals that you don't respect time.
Respect the time.

5. A question was asked about the preparation of parenteral suspensions. While writing this question i thought it would be a scoring question for students. But, surprise is the other name of student; I was astonished to see the term "solvent" while processing suspension. e.g. "We take sterile solid and mix it with sterile solvent to make suspension". This type of response is really a pitty. Those who can't differentiate between the terms of solutions and suspensions should not reach final year.
bit harsh words but its the reality.
