How could Pakistan become self reliant in Pharmaceutical Sector

Khalil Ahmed nani taal wala is well known figure in the pharma circle. Medicam and Touchme etc are his own brands. He is also the owner of Woodward's and Chas A medosa (pharmaceuticals)

My Opinion:

I agree with most of the things, which Mr. Nanital wala has discussed in his column.

But I  urge to upgrade our National Pharmaceutical Companies so that, they be in compliance with the standards laid down by WHO and FDA. Because no one will raise the fingers about the quality of our medicines then.

Its time for the owners of Pakistan based Pharmaceutical companies to pay the cost of quality. Investment in terms of hiring qualified pharmacists in your companies will surely boost your revenue and profit.
